Long before Sharcom Realty became a trusted name in Texas real estate, Sharon Yeary was serving people from the skies. She started her career with American Airlines in 1973, later working with Sabre Technologies in technical systems and analytics. She thrived in high-pressure environments where details mattered and people came first.

In 1999, Sharon earned her real estate license. By 2001, she became a Broker with a clear mission: protect her clients’ best interests, stop them from becoming “house poor,” and create a brokerage where agents weren’t handing half their commission to a big-box brand.

Today, as Broker/Owner of Sharcom Realty, LLC, Sharon leads a hand-selected team across Houston, Katy, and the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Every listing, every negotiation, and every closing is guided by the same standard she’s held from day one — integrity, strategy, and heart.
